During the experience, a tree-breathing instructor will guide you through a special breathing technique that helps you reach a state of deep relaxation while refreshing both body and mind.
The roots of “forest resting” lie in the Finnish connection to nature. It is based on deep respect for the forest and a sense of cooperation with the natural environment. Through this practice, we aim to reach a state of “forest awareness,” supporting overall well-being – balancing body, mind, and spirit.
